We accept files as PDF finished artwork, EPS, AI, or native files with all fonts outlined and links / images embedded.

• Multiple pages art to be supplied as one up artwork per page
• Corel Draw files are not supported

• Please supply logos as vector files format whenever possible.
• Do not supply logos as bitmap art or jpegs, unless they are set up to the same output size, 300 dpi with transparent background (png)
• Typographic logos and related images should be saved as outlines in AI or EPS file format.

When color matching is necessary please provide specific pantone color requirements

• Desktop InkJet, LaserJet or black and white prints are not acceptable for color matching –
• Make sure to set up your documents in CMYK. Pantone colors can be used as a reference; however Pantone Matching System (PMS) are special inks and cannot be matched accurately in digital printing which uses CMYK or process colors.
• Additional charges will incurred for color matching MDG print and design will not guarantee color matches of client supplied art files supplied without reference.

• Ensure that all files are clearly labelled so they are easily identifiable.
• Please provide digital files prepared to the actual final size.
• If art size is larger than the program enables, decrease the file size to 10%
• Supply single PDF pages of your art; try to avoid sending multiple page PDF files
• Provide 1’’ bleed around layouts requiring trimming and mounting
• Additional charges may be incurred if changes must be applied due to file inaccuracy based.

• Include all fonts used in the digital layout
• All fonts must be converted to curves/outlines before exporting the file for printing

Provide images no less than 100 dpi at 100% or best 300 dpi at 100% intended print size for optimal images quality and color depth.

• For a regular black text, we recommend using 100% black ( 0C / 0M / 0Y / 100K )
• If you have a solid black larger than two square inches, we recommend using a “rich black” to achieve a darker and more uniform color.
• Rich black color should be built of 60C / 60M / 60T / 100K
